Valley Fever
Well, I wish she didn't, but Luna has Valley Fever :-( Poor thing will be on meds for at least one year. She has a horrible cough and is getting thin. The vet thinks that she will recover. I am hoping for the best outcome!
Both my husband, Wendell, and I are from AZ dairy families. We met in high school, later married and started a cow dairy of our own. We have been married for 29 years and have four children. We raised them on the farm located at 10505 W. Broadway. Don't try to find it now because it has been demolished. We sold that dairy in 2006 and moved to Buckeye. We are now starting another dairy business -- this time with Nubian goats. Our daughter, Mary, and her husband, Erik, are our partners. Our other children Aaron (Diana), Charlotte & David are involved as often as their busy lives allow. We are blessed with family and friends that support our new direction. Thanks to all of you that have helped with this labor of love.
